How we count
- Built-in AI action
- One request to Beaquaro’s own AI that you start: captions for your platforms, a script, hooks, a suggested reply, a profile bio, a rewrite, or a message to the assistant. Background work (the daily suggestions, learning your style) does not count, and nor does anything you do through Claude or ChatGPT with MCP. With your own AI connected, nothing counts. The allowance resets on the 1st (UTC), and each kind of AI work also has a daily cap.
- Post
- One time you press Publish counts as one post, however many platforms it goes to. A post that fails does not count. Free allows 15 a month, Plus 40, Pro 100 and Agency 300, and the count starts again on the 1st (UTC). A scheduled post counts in the month it goes out. Scheduling for later, up to 365 days ahead, is part of Plus, Pro and Agency.
- Post scheduled at a time
- A post waiting to go out at a set time. It stops counting once it has gone out or you delete it.
- Booking or invite
- One person who books a time with you, or one person you invite to a meeting, counts once in the calendar month it is made. Cancelled ones still count, so cancelling and rebooking cannot be used to send repeated emails. Meeting types are the kinds of call people can book, such as a 15 minute intro. The link page and the public portfolio have no limit.
- Automation
- One comment-to-DM rule. The number of people it may message is limited on Free and Plus.
- Uploads
- Photos and videos waiting to be posted, plus anything you keep in your Library. Uploads that are not kept are removed a day or two after you post.

- Free to start. Add your company details and get verified. Running a campaign is by request: tell us about your business and we approve it, which keeps misuse out.
- First deal free, then a 10% fee on agreed deals over £20, paid by the creator. Beaquaro does not take a cut from the brand on a deal, and you pay the creator directly.
- 3 campaigns free, then the Business plan. Creating more than 3 campaigns needs the Business plan: $8.99 a month, or ten months’ price for a year.
For agencies and managers
Manage 10 to 1,000 creators from one place: a roster, scripts and hooks written for each creator, and posts they approve with a tap. You pay for each creator who has joined you.
Your first 5 creators are free, no card needed
Above 5: $4 a creator for the first 2 months, then $8 a creator a month.
You pay a month at a time for each creator you choose to sponsor, and only after they have accepted. Each sponsored creator’s 2 cheaper months start the day they accept. Contacts, pending invitations and creators who joined but are not sponsored cost nothing, and creators never pay.

FAQ
You sign in on Instagram itself, so your password never reaches us, and you choose what to allow. Automations only answer people who comment or message you first, with an hourly send cap, a cooldown per person and no duplicate sends. You can switch any automation off instantly, or disconnect and we delete its automations and message history.
