Terms of service

Last updated 21 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Beaquaro Ltd (a company registered in the United Kingdom, company number 17561331) for using the Beaquaro website and app (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Beaquaro is in early access. Features change, and we may add, change or remove them.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Give us accurate information. One person, one account.

3. Connecting your social accounts

You can connect accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Bluesky. You must have the right to do so, and you must follow each platform’s own rules and terms while you use Beaquaro with it.

Beaquaro acts only on the accounts you connect, and only to do what you ask: publish what you approve, send the replies you set up, and read your account information and statistics. You can disconnect any time, and we then stop using that connection.

4. Your content and AI-generated content

You own your content. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, solely so we can run the service for you.

Beaquaro uses AI to draft text. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish, and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights. Nothing is published or scheduled until you approve it, including when you use Beaquaro through an AI assistant.

5. Automations and messages

Automations send the exact text you write. You are responsible for that text and for having a lawful reason to send it. Only message people who have commented on or messaged you first, and never use automations to spam, mislead or harass anyone.

We apply limits (such as an hourly cap and a cooldown per person) to help protect your account. Platforms can restrict accounts for their own reasons, and we cannot guarantee they will not.

6. Opportunities, requests and projects

Beaquaro lets people post opportunities, apply to them, invite others, and record projects they agree to do together. Every opportunity must say honestly what it pays (paid, unpaid, revenue share or a trade) and must be a real one. Do not post anything misleading, discriminatory or unlawful, and do not use these features to send spam.

Beaquaro only introduces people. Any agreement is between the people involved, and we are not a party to it, an employer, an agent or a guarantor of anyone’s work or payment. Beaquaro does not handle payments between users. Check who you are working with and agree the details in writing.

A project counts on your profile only once everyone on it marks it complete, or one person marks it complete and the others do not respond or dispute it within 7 days. You can dispute, cancel or hide a project.

7. Deals and Beaquaro’s fee

When a brand request or a paid opportunity is accepted, Beaquaro opens a “deal” for it. A deal records the amount the two sides agree, that the paying side says it has paid (with proof), and that the person who was paid confirms they received it. Beaquaro never holds, moves or guarantees the payment between you: you pay each other directly. We are not an agent, an escrow service or a party to the agreement.

Our fee is 10% of the agreed amount, paid to Beaquaro by the person who was paid (never by the person paying). It falls due when the payment is confirmed as received. If the person who was paid does not answer for 7 days after the paying side has uploaded proof, the payment counts as received. The first deal a person is paid for through Beaquaro is free of this fee, whatever its size. After that, there is no fee on a deal whose agreed amount is £20 or ₹2,000 or less; the fee applies to a deal over that amount. We state the fee in the currency of the deal, and if tax applies to our fee it is shown before you pay.

Every post, comment reply and message that Beaquaro Studio sends for you ends with a short line saying it came from Beaquaro (“Posted with Beaquaro Studio” or “Sent with Beaquaro Studio”). You cannot remove it on the Free and Plus plans. Posts and messages sent for an account on the Pro or Agency plan do not carry it.

The fee must be paid within 14 days of falling due. After that, the person who owes it cannot accept new requests or take on new opportunities until it is paid, and they cannot delete their account while a fee is owed. We send reminders before this happens. Fees are not refunded once the money is confirmed received, except where we decide a deal was cancelled or settled in error.

Before you start or accept a paid deal you must read and agree to the Beaquaro Fee Agreement, which sets out the fee, how it falls due, what we need you to be truthful about, and what to do if you think the fee is too high. You can read your copy any time on your agreement page. If you are not happy with the fee, tell us why from that page: if your reason is fair we may waive or reduce it. That is our decision, and any change is recorded and confirmed to you.

If either side says a payment did not arrive, or raises another problem, the deal is paused, nothing is charged, and we look at the proof and may ask you both for details. Our decision settles whether the fee is due; it does not decide any other dispute between you. Proof of payment is private to the two sides and to Beaquaro, and is deleted when either account is deleted. Do not try to avoid the fee by agreeing a lower amount on Beaquaro than the one you actually pay: if we find that, we can remove your accounts and ask for the fee.

8. Who can find you, reporting and blocking

Your visibility setting decides whether you appear in search and matches, and you can change it at any time. If you apply to something, the person you apply to sees your profile for that application. You can report any person, opportunity, application or project, and block anyone. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. We cannot promise to act on every report.

9. Business accounts

A business account must be opened by someone allowed to act for the company, with accurate company details. The “Verified business” badge means we checked the company against its website and, where one exists, its company record, at the time. It is not a recommendation or a guarantee, and we may withdraw it, for example if the website changes. Creators’ performance numbers are shown only as they were read from their connected accounts, and you must use them only to decide whether to work with that creator.

10. What you must not do

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, publish harmful or deceptive content, send spam, or break a platform’s rules. Do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the service, resell it without our permission, or use it to build a competing product by copying it.

No sexual or explicit content. Do not use Beaquaro to write, upload, schedule or post nudity, sexual content or adult services, and never anything sexual involving a child (we report that where the law requires). Do not use it to promote self-harm, hatred of people for who they are, terrorism, or serious violence. We check words, photos and videos automatically before they are posted. The check can make mistakes: if something is stopped that should not have been, change it and try again, or tell us in Contact us. If content breaks these rules we may remove it, stop it being posted, and suspend or close the account.

11. Plans, fees and changes

Our affiliate program, where people earn a share of what the people they refer pay, has its own terms at /affiliates.

Cancelling a paid membership, and when we refund one (in full if you cancel within 24 hours of your first payment), is explained at /refunds.

Beaquaro has a free plan and paid plans. The pricing page shows what each plan includes and costs. You are only charged after you choose a paid plan and confirm it at checkout, and a paid plan renews until you cancel it in Plan and billing. If we change what a plan costs, we will tell you well before the change reaches you.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account and data at any time (see the data deletion page). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, and we will explain why where we can.

13. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the service running well, but it is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error free. We rely on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Bluesky, which can change or stop access at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a platform, a third party or something outside our control, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy and cookies page, which form part of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

16. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that say otherwise.
