Cancellation and refunds
Last updated 15 October 2026 (guarantee added). Applies to the paid memberships (Plus, Pro and Agency) of Beaquaro Studio.
Short version: you can cancel whenever you like and keep what you paid for until it runs out. If you cancel within 24 hours of your first payment, we give you all of it back.
1. Cancelling
Open Plan and billing in your account and choose Cancel membership. You do not need to write to us or give a reason.
- You keep Creator until the end of the period you have already paid for (the month or the year). We do not cut it short.
- You are not charged again.
- After that you move to the Free plan. Your posts, library and settings are kept, but you cannot add more until you are back under the Free limits.
- If you change your mind before the period ends, you can keep your membership from the same page.
2. Full refund in the first 24 hours
If you cancel within 24 hours of your first payment for a paid plan, monthly or yearly, we refund the whole amount you paid. To get it, cancel your membership and then tell us on the contact page, using the email address of your account. We will refund it and confirm by email.
When we refund a payment in full, your membership ends at once and you move to the Free plan, instead of running to the end of the period. There is nothing left to keep once it has been paid back, and you are not charged again.
This applies to your first payment only. If you cancel a membership and subscribe again later, the first payment of the new subscription is not covered a second time.
3. After the first 24 hours
We do not refund a period you have already paid for, including renewals, apart from a claim under the 60-day growth guarantee in section 4. You keep Creator until that period ends, as described above. To avoid paying for another period, cancel before your next payment date, which is shown on the Plan and billing page.
4. The 60-day growth guarantee
When it is open, members of a paid plan (Plus, Pro or Agency) can start a 60-day guarantee from Plan and billing. It is separate from the 24-hour refund above. We do not promise a result: we promise a refund if you did the work and it did not show.
- Starting. You start it once, from an account that is paying through Stripe or Razorpay (not a free month, and not a plan we set up by hand) and has at least one platform connected. On the day you start, we record your numbers on each connected platform: followers, and the average views and likes plus comments of your latest ten posts.
- The work. During the 60 days you publish at least 24 posts through Beaquaro (about three a week), in at least 6 of the first 8 weeks, and tick off at least 14 days of your growth plan. A post sent to several platforms counts once. Posts you delete do not count.
- Growth. Your numbers count as having grown if, on any connected platform, your followers rose by at least 10% (and at least 20), or your average views per post, or your average likes plus comments per post, rose by at least 20%, comparing your latest posts with the ones from when you started. A comparison with too few posts behind it (fewer than 3 at the start or 5 at the end) is skipped, not guessed. If your numbers grew, you are not owed a refund, and we hope that is what happens.
- Claiming. You can claim for 14 days after the 60 days are up. Every claim is looked at by a person, who decides it and answers by email within 3 working days. If an account was disconnected or could not be read, we may ask you to reconnect it, or look at it ourselves.
- The refund. We refund what you paid for your plan from the month you started in, up to the day we decide, to the card or account you paid with. Your membership then ends and you move to the Free plan. Fees our payment provider keeps are ours to bear, not yours. It applies once per person, and to payments for Beaquaro Studio plans only (not deal fees).
- Fair use. We may decline a claim, or refuse a start, where the numbers were changed by hiding or deleting posts or accounts, where posts were not your own, or where several accounts were used to start it more than once.
5. Charged by mistake
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, write to us on the contact page and we will put it right.
6. How a refund is paid
A refund goes back to the payment method you used (card, UPI or net banking), in the currency you paid in, through our payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay). We start it as soon as we have confirmed it. After that, your bank decides how quickly it shows: it can take several working days.
7. What this page does not cover
Fees on deals between creators and businesses have their own rules, set out in our terms of service. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law where you live.
